Who receives a copy of the complete interview?
Both the company and the departing employee receive an emailed copy of the interview upon completion. The employee receives it at the email address provided by the company, and the company receives it at the email address associated with their account.
When am I charged?
You're charged upfront when you initiate an exit interview, before the employee begins the conversation.
Are there refunds?
If an employee has not initiated the conversation within 30 days, you can request a refund by emailing us. However, once the employee has started the conversation—even if they don't complete it—no refund is available.
Can I customize the questions?
Yes, you can create custom question templates tailored to your company's needs.
How do I qualify for enterprise pricing?
Contact us if you expect to conduct more than 50 exit interviews per month or need custom features.
How long is interview data kept?
Interview responses are de-identified 90 days after completion. After this period, companies can still view interview answers but not which employee provided them, and employees can still view their responses but not the company name. This protects privacy while preserving valuable insights.
Does it cost anything for the employee?
No. There is no cost to the departing employee. The company covers the cost of the exit interview.
Can I respond anonymously?
Yes. You have the choice to respond anonymously or not. If you choose to respond anonymously, your company will know you completed the survey, but there is no link between you and your answers. Your answers are aggregated with other records and your name is not attached to the response data.
What if I mention specific names or details in my answers?
While your identity is kept separate from your answers when you choose to respond anonymously, please be aware that if you mention specific names, projects, or details in your responses, that content will be visible to your company. We encourage candid feedback while being mindful of the specifics you share.
